Evaluate and respond accordingly to guest research, market conditions and competitor data as well as utilize strong analytics to evaluate end-to-end guest experience across multiple channels and guest touch points.
Communicate new technologies and provide updates on the forefront of development within digital marketing. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on said insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
