Preparing for your coaching session

Congratulations!

You've booked your coaching session. 


If this is a free session, the time allocated is 20 minutes. Some free sessions may convert to group sessions. Group sessions may go up to 1 hour and only has non-competing businesses within any session. Group sessions boast added advantages as ideas are shared and compounded.


If this is a paid session, time allotted are within 45-minute slots. You can book up to 2 sessions maximum back to back. 


If you are part of a paid group session, the coach will moderate accordingly allowing cross functional activity for all. Most group sessions max out at 5 people total.


To prepare for either an individual or group session, complete the attached form at least 48 hours before your session so your coach can prepare.  


The success of your business is important to us and we trust our insights, candor and support will propel you to the next level. It's imperative you:

  • Plan, develop, and execute all digital marketing, including (but not limited to) paid and organic social media presence, lead generation funnels, and email campaigns.
  • Develop (write!) content consistent with brand message / tone across all platforms.
  • Grow audiences and increase conversions through business storytelling
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. 
  • Act as the front line of communication with field sales and operations leadership to assist and provide guidance with sales strategies. 
  • Identify real time engagement opportunities and align messages across all digital channels. 
  • Utilize internet/digital skills to uncover and qualify leads.
  • Implement effective Internet sales initiatives to help generate revenue through online lead generating channels.
